Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Adopt a Nest Program

Please help support the work of the PISTP's (Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Program) volunteers who ensure the preservation and protection of threatened and endangered sea turtles on Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. One of the most unique ways you can help is by adopting an actual sea turtle nest.

When you contribute $50 to the PISTP to adopt one of their sea turtle nests, you will receive the following:
• Certificate identifying your nest
• A special "Adopt-a-Nest" t-shirt,
• P.I.S.T.P. DVD with a nest hatching
• Email notification on the status of your nest including when it hatches and the number of live hatchlings the nest produced
• And most importantly, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your $50 contribution will greatly aid in the mission of the PISTP.

To learn more about this fantastic program and/or to adopt a nest, visit the PISTP website.

For anyone on Facebook, make sure to like the PITSP FB Page to keep up with all the latest Island turtle happenings.
