Video: Visiting Zeke's Island on a SUP
Here's a cool video of a father SUP'ing to Zeke's Island with his sons. The island is on the Cape Fear River side of the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area. He was nice enough to send it my way for posting. As an added bonus, he selected some great music to go with the video. Enjoy!

That 2nd half of the video has the most awesome swim hole at low tide. Worth checking out. Just don't walk the rocks to get there. You will get stuck over there when the tide comes up.
you can take a kayak tour to get there too
