Have you seen this video yet? Crazy stuff. It's was put out by the Wilmington Star and shows a parasailing accident that occurred on Carolina Beach in 1990.
These guys were attempting to parasail with the aid of a truck and it just didn't work out so well.... (at the :50 mark is when things turn bad)
